TD-2-E

This version features a double row of balls, allowing it to support higher loads. The second row of balls increases the load capacity and stiffness of the slewing ring: at the same size, a TD-2-E carries around 50% more axial static load than the equivalent TD-E, along with a higher tilting moment. It keeps the compact, enclosed worm-gear design of the TD-E, making it the natural step up when an application outgrows the single-row version. Available in five sizes, from the TD-2-E9 to the TD-2-E25.

TD-E

The perfect solution for rotation and positioning in machinery. The TD-E combines a worm gear and a slewing ring in a single compact, enclosed housing, so one unit handles both the rotation and the loads of the application: axial and radial forces as well as tilting moments. The holding torque of the worm gear keeps the load in position when the drive is stopped. Available in eight sizes, from the TD-E7 to the TD-E37, it covers everything from light positioning tasks to heavy-duty machinery.

TD-O

Without the housing, our open version is lighter and more affordable. The worm gear meshes directly with an externally toothed slewing ring, resulting in a simple design with fewer components that is easy to access for inspection and maintenance. It is a cost-effective choice for applications that do not require a fully enclosed drive. Available in two sizes: the TD-O-14 and the TD-O-17.

TD-R

Offers higher protection against water and dust thanks to its IP66 rating. IP66 means the drive is fully dust-tight and protected against powerful jets of water, so it keeps working reliably outdoors and in harsh, dirty or wet environments where a standard drive would be exposed. It combines this sealing with the same worm-gear and slewing ring principle as the rest of the range. Available in seven sizes, from the compact TD-R5 to the TD-R25.

TD-W

The housing of these slew drives is reinforced to withstand more demanding applications. The sturdier housing gives the drive extra rigidity and robustness, making the TD-W a dependable choice where operating conditions would push a standard housing to its limits. With nine sizes, from the compact TD-W3 to the TD-W25, it is the widest range in our slew drive catalogue, covering light and heavy loads alike.

TD-W-2

Built on the reinforced housing of the TD-W, this version adds a second worm gear. Driving the slewing ring with two worms raises the dynamic torque, reaching up to 40 kN·m of nominal torque compared with up to 27 kN·m for the single-worm TD-W, at the expense of rotational speed. It is designed for heavy, slow-turning applications that need that extra torque. Available in four sizes, from the TD-W14-2RA to the TD-W25-2RA.
